sleep on the night before: moderate, fell sleep around 10:)) PM, but woke up around 4 AM,
the time spent in bed: 8:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Breakfast:three croissants with butter, half orange
Lunch: two slices of cheese pizza, beef with carrots
Dinner: ribs, eggs with tomato, green veg
Caffeine drink: one cup of coffee (half milk), one cup of tea (all before 9 AM)
Mood: good (a little sleepy)
exercise:one hour of walking/a little running/hiking (Feet are irritated even with socks.)
reading: non
Job quantity: moderate
time spent on surfing internet: moderate (1.5 hours)
