Approaches to promote Sleep: a glass of milk at 8:00 PM; practice progressive muscle relaxation at 9:30 PM;
Sleep on the night before: moderate (rate 6 in a 0-10 scale), went to bed around 9:30 PM, but could not fall into sleep, got up at 10:12 PM, read about 40 minuted "The biology of Cell", then return to bed around 11:00PM, fell sleep quickly but very shallow, woke up by Alex around 4:00 AM, on and off from sleep since and got up at 7:00 AM
breakfast: biscuit with cream cheese, one orange
Lunch: rice, ribs, eggs with tomato, and green veg
Dinner:
Caffeine drink: a cup of tea before 10:00 AM
Mood: moderate
exercise: none (shame on myself)
surf on internet: too much (5 hours)
work: minimum
